Annual General Meeting is January 28th!!

It's that time of year again! Time to pay your dues! And if you want to nominate anyone for the Murray Award or the Stan Kramien Award, which will be awarded at the Installation Banquet at Laughline's Comedy Club on February 21st, please fill out this awesome form made by Neil Kremer - Nomination Form.

Our next meeting takes place at 7pm on Thursday, January 28th, 2010 at the Sunrise Community Hall in Vancouver. The meeting will be our Annual General Meeting where we will discuss business and hold nominations and elections for all Executive positions. If you would like to run or nominate someone to run for a position, please contact nomination Chairperson, Munro Mackenzie. This is also the Initiation Ceremony night for new members - new members MUST attend if they have not been initiated. Please contact Gord Boyes for more info.

Our next lecture will be held Friday, February 5th, 2010 and is going to be none other than Rafael Benatar! Rafael Benatar is a professional performer and lecturer who was born in Caracas and now lives in Spain, where he is one of the most active members of the renowned Escuela Magica de Madrid.

Rafael Benatar is a recipient of The Linking Ring Parade of the Year
award from the IBM. His three video tapes, later released as DVDs,
received rave reviews. His Cups and Balls routine is considered one of
the most elegant, direct and practical of all Cups and Balls routines.
