Dick Gardner Trophy
 Donated by Jack Mellor, the Dick Gardner Trophy is awarded in recognition
of excellence in close up magic by a junior member. Playing cards may be used
in the presentation, but no stage
effects will be permitted. The spirit of this
competition is to encourage growth in the fields of restaurant, table
hopping, trade show
and walk around style magic.
This competition is open to the Junior members. It was first
awarded in 1980. The trophy was renovated and updated in 2006,
